Information for Parents/Carers

In the Academy, any adult will listen to your child’s concerns, take them seriously and take steps to secure the right help and support.  If you have any worries about your child then we are similarly happy to discuss these with you.

If you do have any immediate concerns about your child’s mental health or safety we would recommend that you consult with your GP and that you access A&E services or ring NHS crisis services if you feel emergency help is needed (see details below).  Where there is a threat of immediate danger and/or risk to life then you should ring 999.
