Read MoreY6 Stay and Aeroplane Event
Published 12/10/23Today was Year 6's Stay and Aeroplane event, which was inspired by their English writing based on the short silent film Paperman.
The children created their own paper aeroplanes and competed to see whose flew the furthest. It was lovely to see so many parents and careers attending. Good fun was had by all, great competition and resilience. The winning aeroplane belongs to Emily. Well done everyone.

Published 02/10/23Last week we held our MLT Literary Festival! The children enjoyed visits from poet Paul Cookson and author Gareth Baker, who performed some of their works and undertook workshops with the classes. The children also had the chance to perform poems they had learned with schools from across the trust, and they all did brilliantly! It was an amazing week full of literacy celebrations.
